Incorporate with a real business address

Your Ontario corporation and a Class-A Markham address for it to live at — one package, $799 all-in for the first year.

This bundle combines our $499 all-in Ontario incorporation with the first year of our $499/yr Virtual Starter business address — $998 if you bought them separately, $799 together. The $300 government fee and the NUANS name search are already included, and nothing is added at checkout. From year two the address renews at the standard $499/yr; the incorporation is a one-time filing, so there is nothing else to renew.

Why buy them together

A corporation needs an address anyway

Ontario registration requires a real street address where documents can be served — not a P.O. box. Most founders discover this partway through incorporating and end up either using their home address or scrambling for a provider. Buying both together settles it before you file.

Your home address stays private

A registered office address goes on the public record. If you incorporate from home without an alternative, your home address is what appears there — and on your website, invoices and Google listing.

A real unit number, not a shared mailbox

Many low-cost address services put every client in the same shared suite and route calls to voicemail, and some do not permit their address to be used for registration at all. Ours is a Class-A office address with a unique unit number, a live receptionist, and on-site meeting rooms at the same building — and it is valid for Ontario registration and CRA correspondence.

One all-in price, checked before you pay

The $799 is everything for year one — our fee, the $300 government fee and the NUANS search. There is no separate government charge at checkout and no setup fee.

Bundle — common questions

What exactly does the $799 cover?
Your Ontario incorporation — all-in, numbered or named, with the $300 government fee and the NUANS name search included — plus the first full year of our Virtual Starter business address. Bought separately those are $499 and $499, so $998; together they are $799.
What happens after the first year?
The address renews at the standard $499/year. Incorporation is a one-time filing, so there is nothing else to renew. Your corporation does still have its own annual return obligation with the province, which we can file for you as an add-on.
Can I use this address as my registered office address?
Yes. It is a real Class-A municipal street address, which is what Ontario and federal registration require — a location where documents can be served, not a P.O. box. You can also use it for your Business Number, HST and payroll accounts, on your website and to verify a Google Business Profile.
Does this work for a federal corporation too?
This bundle is priced around our Ontario incorporation. Federal incorporation is also $499 all-in on its own, so if you would rather incorporate federally and add the address, contact us and we will quote the same components — just say so before you order.
I already have a corporation — can I just add the address?
Yes. If you only need the address, buy the Virtual Starter plan on its own at $49/month or $499/year. The bundle only saves you money if you are incorporating at the same time.
How long does it take?
Ontario incorporation typically takes about 5 business days online. The address can be set up right away, so you can use it on the incorporation filing itself.
