Markham Office provides business registration, virtual office, dedicated office, funding application assistance, and marketing services. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are described at the point of purchase.
For funding services, we help prepare and submit applications. We are not a lender and do not provide investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Final funding decisions rest with the lender or government program.
Government & third-party fees
Government and third-party fees (such as incorporation, NUANS, and program registration fees) are separate from our service fees and are shown clearly before you pay.
Using our website
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools to scrape or collect data without our permission.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping any account credentials secure.
Intellectual property
The content, branding, logos, and design of this website are owned by Markham Office or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.
Payments & cancellations
Fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Because many services involve work started on your behalf and non-refundable government fees, refund eligibility is described for each service at the point of purchase. Contact us if you have a concern about your order.

Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Markham Office is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website.
