The client's vendor form wants a business address. Don't give them your condo.
A real Class-A suite at 3601 Highway 7 East in Markham for IT contractors, consultants and solo tech founders — on vendor forms, invoices, contracts and the business registry. Staffed through business hours. Not a PO box. From $49/mo, month-to-month.
If you consult or contract through your own corporation, every new client sends a vendor onboarding form, and it asks for a business address. Working from home, that address is your condo — unit number and all — and it goes on to your invoices, your contracts and the public Ontario Business Registry. Markham Office gives you a real staffed suite at 3601 Highway 7 East, in Canada's High-Tech Capital, to put on all of them. Letter mail is received for you, reception is staffed through business hours, and a boardroom hour is included every month for client meetings. Virtual Starter is $49/mo, month-to-month, so it fits contract work that runs six months at a time.
Three places your home address is showing right now
Every new client adds another copy.
- 1
On the client's vendor onboarding form
Procurement asks for a business address before they can pay you. A condo unit number in that field tells them this is a side gig, and it gets filed in their supplier system and every PO they send.
- 2
On every invoice, contract and statement of work
Your invoices carry your business address, and so do your contracts and SOWs. Each one gets forwarded to accounts payable, project managers and whoever signs off.
- 3
On the public Ontario Business Registry
If you incorporated from home, your registered office is your home. The registry is public and searchable, so anyone who looks up your corporation finds where you live.
One real business address fixes all three.
An address that holds up on a vendor form
It's a real physical street address in a staffed Class-A building, accepted by ServiceOntario, Corporations Canada and the CRA for your registered office, Business Number and HST. Add a dedicated unit number ($15/mo) if a form insists on one.
Canada's High-Tech Capital on your letterhead
Markham has 1,500+ tech and life-science companies, with IBM, AMD, Lenovo and Honeywell among them. Your address is a Class-A tower at Highway 7 and Warden, near Highways 404 and 407. It reads like a firm, not a spare bedroom.
Mail and client hardware handled
Letter mail is received at our staffed building and you're notified when it lands. On Virtual Accelerator, package drop-offs are handled too, for the laptop or security key a new client ships you.
A boardroom for the kickoff meeting
One hour of meeting-room time is included every month on both plans. After that, it is the member rate of $25/hr. No more pitching a client from a coffee shop.
How it works
- Step 1
Pick your plan
Sign up online: Virtual Starter at $49/mo for the address and letter mail, or Virtual Accelerator at $79/mo for packages, a second company name and more people on the mail. Month-to-month.
- Step 2
Send a photo of your ID and the business name
A photo of your driver's licence or passport, plus the business name mail should be accepted under. That's the whole activation.
- Step 3
Put the suite on every client-facing surface
Use 3601 Highway 7 East on vendor forms, invoices, contracts, your website, LinkedIn and the registry. From then on, client mail comes to us, not your door.

Questions consultants ask before they switch
Will a client's procurement team accept it on a vendor form?
It's a real physical street address in a staffed Class-A office building, not a PO box or a mailbox store, so it fills the business-address field like any other office. It's accepted by ServiceOntario, Corporations Canada and the CRA for your registered office, Business Number and HST.
I have a holding company as well as my operating company. Which plan?
Virtual Accelerator receives mail for 2 company names and 4 people, so a holdco and an opco can share one address. Virtual Starter covers 1 company name and 1 person.
Can a client ship me a laptop or other equipment?
Yes, on Virtual Accelerator, which includes package drop-off handling. Reception signs for it and you're notified on arrival. Virtual Starter handles letter mail only.
My contracts come and go. Am I locked in?
No. Both plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. There is no lease.
Where do I meet a client in person?
In the boardroom. One hour a month is included on both plans; additional time is $25/hr at the member rate. Book it through the member portal.
Why not your home address, or a coworking membership?

Practical details
- How fast can I start using it? I have a vendor form due.
- Sign-up is online: upload a photo of your driver's licence or passport and tell us the business name mail should be accepted under, and our front desk confirms your suite address. If it's urgent, call us on (905) 305-7800.
- How do I move my registered office off my home?
- Once your suite address is active, file a change of registered office address with ServiceOntario (or Corporations Canada for a federal corporation) and update your address with the CRA. The public record then shows our address, not yours.
- Can I put it on my invoices, website, LinkedIn and Google?
- Yes. That's what the address is for: invoices, contracts, vendor forms, your website, LinkedIn and your Google Business Profile.
- I'm a sole proprietor, not incorporated. Does this still work?
- Yes. Use the same address for your business name registration and your day-to-day client correspondence.
- What happens to my mail?
- Letter mail is received and held at the suite and you are notified on arrival. Pick it up on site, or add weekly forwarding ($25/mo; postage and admin extra as incurred).
- What does it really cost with add-ons?
- Most solo consultants need Virtual Starter ($49/mo) plus the occasional boardroom hour ($25/hr). Optional: dedicated unit number $15/mo · mail forwarding (weekly) $25/mo · phone answering $39/mo. HST extra.
