Your questions, answered
My home address is already on the registry. Is it too late?
No — this is the normal case, and it's fixable. You file a change of address with ServiceOntario or Corporations Canada and update the CRA, and the public record then shows your new business address instead of your home. Most people do it once, right after their address is activated.
Is it a real street address, or a mailbox that gets rejected?
It's a real Class-A office suite at 3601 Highway 7 East in Markham — a genuine physical address, not a PO box. It's accepted for Ontario & federal business registration, CRA/HST, marketplaces and Google Business Profile.
What happens to my customer returns?
Letter mail is handled on every plan. On eCom Accelerator, we sign for, log, and notify you when a customer return arrives — then you pick up Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 5:00, or we can forward at cost. Up to 25 returns a month are included, each up to 45 × 35 × 25 cm and 10 kg (about the size of a medium courier box). We don’t open, inspect, photograph, refund, restock, or ship returns — sign, log, notify, and hold only.
What if I get more than 25 returns in a month?
Returns 26–40 in a calendar month are $3 each. Above 40, we’ll ask you to route extras to a 3PL or returns service — your address and letter-mail handling continue unchanged. Tell us before you hit the limit so we can plan.
Is it affordable for a small store? Can I cancel?

- Can I use this address to register my business?
- Yes — it's a real physical street address accepted by ServiceOntario, Corporations Canada and the CRA for your registered office, Business Number and HST.
- Can I use it on Shopify, Etsy, Amazon and Google?
- Yes. Use it as your business and return address on your storefront and marketplaces, and to verify a Google Business Profile.
- How do I get my home address off the registry and off Google?
- Once your suite address is active, you file a change of business address with ServiceOntario or Corporations Canada, update it with the CRA, and edit the address on your Google Business Profile. The public record then shows our address, not yours. Ask our front desk if you'd like to be walked through it.
- How fast can I start using it?
- Sign-up and activation are online: create your account, upload photo ID and tell us the name mail should be accepted under, and our front desk confirms your suite address. If you need it in a hurry, call us on (905) 305-7800.
- How does mail and parcel handling work?
- Letter mail is received at our staffed Markham building and you’re notified on arrival. On eCom Accelerator, inbound customer returns are included — up to 25 a month, each up to 45 × 35 × 25 cm and 10 kg (about the size of a medium courier box).
- What can't be returned to the suite?
- We don’t accept returns over 45 × 35 × 25 cm or 10 kg (appliances, printers, monitors, furniture, tires, freight/pallets), perishable or refrigerated goods, hazardous materials, liquids over 1 L, cash, or high-value items without prior arrangement — oversized or prohibited packages are refused at the door. Accepted carriers: Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL, and Amazon. Returns are held 14 days from notify for pickup Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 5:00, or forwarding at cost.
